Samsung Ram warranty

I bought 1GB of samsung ram from ebay last year and it's giving me trouble with my Macbook Pro. I'd like to see what the warranty is but there is nothing about RAM on the samsung site and I cant read the original auction on ebay to check. Can anyone help find this warranty info?
