Hi lads. I have an account on Paddy Power. When i signed up i had a laser card. I no longer have a laser card but is it still possible to transfer money from my Paddy Power account to my bank account when i only have a banklink card?

    Thanks!

I'm not completely sure to be honest, I have a feeling you can't withdraw it to a Banklink card.

Your best bet would be to find out if Paddy Power can do a Bank Transfer or a payment via BACS. If they can't - I'd then suggest transferring your balance to a mate and getting him to cash it out for you if he doesn't mind.

try their freephone number or their manager online, i normally just ring their number and leave my phone on loadspeaker for 10 minutes until they say something.. i dont really try the chat online as much anymore, slower since on newer software, still very very grateful for it though

what method of contacting PPP did you attempt? and when?

the support line is 1800 924 406 or alternatively load up your poker client and ping the support team by hitting the Manager button at the bottom of the client. or just PM me and i will get it sorted for you.
