    Hi
I met a girl last night in a club and was talking to her for a while - we seemed to get on fairly well (I'm terrible at reading body language etc.) and I asked her for her number before she left at the end of the night. There was no kissing or anything during the time we were talking. Should I give her a text and what should I say? pathetic I know!!
    thanks
    ndn

Call her after a day or two of getting the number and say you're going to this place for coffee or something n ask her if she'ld like to join.

Make sure its something during daytime and a popular place where they'ld be good loads of people around... like starbucks or something.
Keep it casual and not really date like.

Just sorta speak to her. Say hey, hows it going, get a conversation going for a while. Then after a while ask her if she'ld like to come for the thing. If she says okay, you're in business. If she says she's busy, don't push it, speak for a while and hang up. Ask her for the thing the next time you call on another day she might be free. If she keeps blowing you off, forget her after the third time. She's not interested, move on.

Don't text. Its better to call.

Completely depends on the situation and the girl - unless you want to turn it into a science, but that takes the fun out of it. I've texted a girl back 30 mins later before and had it go... remarkably well :p So honestly, its case dependant.
