    Could anyone recommend me a good download manager?
    Preferably a freeware one. My wireless is a bit dodgy sometimes and it gets very annoying!

    iGetter or Speed Download. I use Speed Download. Neither of them are free unfortunately. But you get about a month or so to try them afaik.

    I use the DownThemAll plugin for Firefox , and DownloadHelper for all my youTube stuff.
