    Just realised I mis-read the OP.My first guess would be in fact Declan Browne.Reading the Road To Croker helped in that.

    Actually I think it may be two guys from Dublin.. I remember reading something recently about a fella named McMahon and McGrattan who won allstars in the early 90's but I am not sure if Dublin didn't win a game when they were playing
