Basically had sky+ + Multiroom in old house, contacted sky about moving house thats fine date set for installer to come out which was today, installer came out and said he cant install as their is no phone points in the rooms for the multi room, but is this not the job of the installer to do this, so basically he walks out an says to ring sky back when we have phone points in other rooms, so install can go ahead, now we do have 1 point the main point. any suggestions

As you know, a phone line is needed for multiroom. However, many installers will run some cable or even a horrid extension cable to the nearest socket (at a nominal cost) to get the job done. I'm sure that installer is very busy with installations. Generally, you're better off getting work done by an independent installer.
