Canon MV830 - missing disk

I bought a canon MV830 camcorder a while back. I finally got round to trying to do some editing on the PC, and found that I'm missing the disk for windows that has the drivers and photo stitch. I have the MAC disk. Canon are less than helpful. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can get a copy of the disk?

Drivers and software can be downloaded from here , there are just updaters on this page , but there is a link where you put in your serial number for the full downloads.

One problem is that I don't know what is on the disk, so I'm not sure what I should be getting. I know photo stitch is on the disk, but all the downloads I can find for that are upgrades, and demand the origihnal disk, or an installed working version.
