Strange Frame-Skipping On Digital

This is been happening recently on my FTA receiver(Silvercrest sL65). The picture just starts skipping frames and looking a bit like slow motion. has happened on different channels. It doesn't appear to be anything to do with signal strenght. can anyone diagnose the problem? Thanks
