Not sure if this is the right forum for this but if it isn't then
    feel free to move it.

I have to do this whole garda vetting thing because I'm getting into social
work so I was wondering if someone could tell me exactly what it involves.
Is it just checking that I don't have a criminal record of any kind or do I have to do like drug tests or anything?

Its to check if your on the sex offenders list,

tbh if you've done nothing, you've nothing to fear.
and they dont do drug tests
