I'm on anti-depressants, I usually get a 3-month prescription. Would I be able to use this in Australia? What if I wanted to stay longer, would I be able to see a Doctor there? Would you have to pay for medication?

I've lived in various European countries and the States and every time
I approached pharmacies/docs with a prescription from Ireland they wouldn't accept it. Also worked the other way when I tried to use a foreign prescription in Ireland. Best is to try and stock up before you go, otherwise the hassle of visiting foreign docs.
