    Hi,

Is it possible to copy files to and from the PS3 over Wifi from a PC? I'm talking about divx's and the likes.

Yes, if you Connect to Media Server on the PS3, and have Sharing enabled on Windows Media Player.

However DiVX is not yet supported. A update with DiVX (and presumably all the other variants) is on its way. For now, WMV and MPEG-4 are covered.

I thought the DivX update was available ?

    WOrked for me anyways,

I connected my hard drive to the ps3 via USB and copy everything that way, much faster.

Supported as of the last update. Media server seems to be mainly for streaming but you can probably use the copy command on the remote files when you're browsing them. That covers PC->PS3 but going the other way I think you gotta use removable media.

Copying would prob be a lot simpler using memory sticks especially for music
