BBC Three teaser

I was watching Boosh on BBC3 and just afterwards there was a kind of teaser ad leading to a website, which I can't entirely remember (it was www.bbc.co.uk/somethingthreetv)... anyone know it? I'm pretty sure the voice over on the ad said 'BBC Three is changing' so I get the impression this is some build up to a station…
