    EU environment ministers have agreed to include airlines in the union's emissions trading scheme from 2012 as part of its fight against climate change.....
    The ministers agreed the amount of permits that airlines must buy upfront at auction at 10% in 2012, compared with 25% proposed by the European Parliament. The figures for the following years are still to be agreed.
