I've been writing a case note for my legal systems class and I'm finding it hard going, I've never done stuff like this before so I'm wondering if someone would look at what I wrote. It's only about 700words at the moment, (needs to be 1000), seeing as it's our first assignment for Legal Systems it wont be marked very harshly but its instead of an exam so I'd like to try and get it right.

The case note was to be on O'Reilly V Limerick Corporation Ilrm 181.

I wont post it up yet as I don't want to post up a big long thing annoying everyone but if someone was interested in having a quick glance to tell me if it's a decent case note Id be very grateful,
