BOI Business Banking Graduate

    Just wondering has anyone heard anything back from the BOI Business Banking Grad programme? Got an email at the start of December stating that they were reviewing all applications. Havnt heard anything since then has anyone else?

    Did you do the assesment centre day? I did it at the start of december and got an offer from BOI yesterday. I got the capital markets grad programme, but I'd assume that the Business Banking has the same recruitment process.

    No havnt done anything I thought you didnt get a job offer until Febuary? Are they not sticking to the schedule on the website?

    Apparently not. When I was on the phone to the person from HR yesterday, she told me that they've managed to speed up the process, I supose to get their offers out first. 2 of my mates did the aptitue test and heard nothing back since that, not even a "we're reviewing your application". So to be honest I'd say that you probably didnt get the job, sorry. Its a bit ****ty to leave you hanging like that!

    Do all you guys have a related degree? Or are the graduate programs for anyone that does well after assesment/interview?
