Eircom are apparently rolling out ADSL2+ to all the big exchanges in Dublin and are going to offer a 12 mbit package. I dont think they're getting as far as Skerries / Balbriggan / Rush or Lusk though :( North Co Dublin screwed over again?

Smart will be able to offer up to 40Mbps to business customers shortly according to ENN.ie - http://www.electricnews.net/news.html?code=10123633
