    Hi all,

I've got a seven-year-old boy (eight in January) who's looking to start basketball. I'm living in the Dun Laoghaire area, but could drive reasonable distance.

Anyone got any suggestions as to where I should start with looking?

    thanks - zerco

Not sure of a club in Dun Laoghaire area.

Drop Martin Hehir and email at mhehir@basketballireland.ie

He should be able to tell you where to get a club. He is the basketball cordinator for post primary schools in ireland.

I'm not sure how far you want to drive, but tolka rovers have a basketball academy that takes place on tuesdays & fridays. Check out their website for more details, it's tolkaroversbasketball.com. Good luck.
