I ordered a game from them on Dec 2nd and it still hasn't arrived, does it usually take this long? if so I won't bother shopping there again.

Yep, can do. I received a DVD yesterday ordered from them over 3 weeks ago :eek:.

Not specific to this site, but I ordered a bunch of items from ebay. They were being sent from England, so was pretty confident that they would arrive in time.

The parcel was posted on 01 December and I received it this morning, think you'll just have to appreciate the Christmas rush!
