NTL channel 701 (mtv) missing

    anyone else notice it missing today , was there yesterday.

    Have you tried resetting the box (i'm assuming you're using the small pace box, if that's the case, press the "Help" button, and then the yellow button to reset the box)

    Yeah, great system isn't it... my BBC3 and BBC4 go missing from time to time, only a reboot sorts it. My widescreen gets clipped, have to reset the screen type or reboot. My Celtic TV goes AWOL on Fridays for some reason, not sorted yet.

    I'll probably just go back to Sky and Eircom. :( Expensive, but better value for money overall than a **** UPC/NTL service.

    Clipping of widescreen usually gets sorted for me by just momentarily flicking to Sky News (202).

    Not saying it's right that you should have to, just saying you don't need to restart for that (assuming your using the same STB as me, which it sounds like you are)
