US Immigrations

Hmmm I have a few questions to fire off so hopefully I will get answers to a few of them.

Firstly I am going to be flying to the US on the 27th of December so thats only a few days time really. I was there earlier this year for a J1 Visa and I came home before it had expired. Unfortunately I was never asked for my I-94 card or any of that jazz and thus retained it up until today when i was looking through documents. Yesterday I sent back that form to the immigrations and customs office over in Kentucky and I also sent copies of a luggage receipt for my flights leaving the us, a faded Aer Lingus boarding pass that was a connecting flight from LHR to Cork, copy of credit card statements showing purchases in Cork and also a copy of my driving test which i took before the expiration date of the visa.
I hope that that will be enough but I realise that its not going to be in Kentucky by the 27th of December.

My flights to Modesto are Dublin -> Philidelphia -> LAX -> Modesto
I am flying with US Airways

    So on to my questions:
Do I pre-clear immigrations in Dublin or will I meet them in PHL or LAX or where?
Will I get much hassle about the I-94 form and will I get turned away even if I bring along credit card receipts, drivers licence form, boarding pass, luggage receipts which prove i have been in ireland before expiration?
My stopover in PHL is 2 hours before the LAX flight. Is this enough time to clear immigrations and customs even if I do encounter hassle?

Cheers for reading and any forthcoming answers!!

Your passport would have been scanned leaving the states....they already have the information on when you left!!..

The I94 form means peanuts really, its just used in case you are actually stopped within the states by immigration, as in pulled in on the side of the road etc...

You should waltz in no questions asked, cept for the usual grilling...
