FYI ppp and deposits/withdrawals

    My friend is playing on ppp for a couple of years on and off. He uses neteller and also deposits money by cash in paddy power bookie offices.
    He always withdraws any money he wins through his neteller account.

    Recently ppp decided he could no longer use his neteller account and that the only method available for him to withdraw money is by cheque.

    He has used his neteller account to deposit money also. The reason he uses neteller is that not only has he a bank card to withdraw money but its also handy for putting money into his other online accounts.

    He had deposited 400 dollars on the day and won 1400 and was then told that he could not use his neteller account.

    Does this seem fair?

    Possibly more to the story and the reason why they did it. They would hardly single him out.

    He has two options really, one switch to money bookers, its better tha neteller
    or switch site, there are other ipoker sites that look and play the same as ppp, but they oferr better bonuses

    Either you or your friend are not telling the full story here. Can you ask your friend to cfontact me directly and I will deal with it. There are instances where this may occur and it is not on the whim of a member of PPP staff, it would be for some very specific reasons.
