lump under my skin (shoulder blade)

Have an "inner lump" under the skin between my neck and shoulder. Can feel it easily enough. Thing is its been there for 6 years or more. Never caused me trouble, never got it checked. I am 28. have something similar lower in my back, feels more like a pimple but its kinda an "inner pimple too" Sometimes I worry about it…

Sometimes I worry about it other times i forget its even there
Its just part of me at this stage, should i be worried??? i amnt really.
i like to ignore it!! its about the size of a small pea (the shoulder one)
