Just arrived in Sydney last weekend. Any top tips for partying in the city? I imagine everywhere will be jammed. Would love to see the fireworks but also enjoy a few beverages!

Hiya,well i was in sydney a 2 years ago,basically nearly every vantage point will be jammers on nye,the thing to do is get your cooler box and carry as much drink as you can with you down to one of the parks on the water edge,you can pretty much drink anywhere you want on that nite,go to one of the parks earlier the better,i went to mrs macquaries park,it was packed but had toilets and even temporary bars set up,be prepared for a full long day cause you wanna go early around 1 to get a decent spot
