Scalp Seborrheic Dermatitis

Hey guys, has anyone had similar experience to mine, where I get occassional outbreaks of "Seborrheic Dermatitis" on my scalp, possibly some psoriasis as well. When I was younger i just thought it was dandruff but it all points to SB now.
I wasn't so worried as I could control with medicated shampoo, but my main worry now is that its making my hair fall out!

I've been to a GP and a (very expensive) GP, and all they could do was prescribe cocois ointment and steroid creams which did nothing.

    Anyone conquered this affliction?:p

a combination to Selsun (selenium sulphide) and coal tar shampoo such as Polytar. I also use Cortopin Cream (hydrocortisone) on my face and ears, and it keeps my skin in perfect condition. I usually use the selsun solid for a week and then normal head and shoulders for two weeks and then back to selsun.

and yes i know im not supposed to use hydrocortisone on my face.
