Disney Channel Package

    Im going to cut a long story short here:
    >Ordered the Disney Channel Package last Wednesday for €8/month
    >Was told they would be on within the hour
    >They didnt come on so I rang again and I was told it would take another hour
    >Still didnt become available, so I rang again and I was told to wait overnight!
    >Waited until the next day but still received the "Not subscribed" message
    >Rang again, was booked an engineer visit for the next morning
    >Engineer arrived but found no problems, concluded it was a headend problem, assured me it would be fixed by monday morning!
    >Rang again today as they still hadn't been added to my package
    >After 35 Minutes on hold I was told that the Disney Channel package wasn't available to ex-chorus customers seperately, it must be taken with sky movies!


    Why are they spending a fortune rebranding as one company when as soon as a problem arises you are told it is because you are in the old chorus area!

    Im outraged that the CS agents werent aware that the Disney package wasn't available to me seperately! The CS agent apologised but I informed her that my average bill amount was quite high (€100+/month) and that I was considering leaving UPC completely due to their crap customer service...All she could offer as an apology was the entire Sky movies package including the Disney Channels at the full price of €26! Needless to say I told her where to stick her s**t offer and continued to inform her that I didnt want the crap sky movies package!

    When I asked if/when/will the Disney Channels be available on Chorus digital max separtely she replied "Not sure, Maybe next year, if at all"

    Needless to say I told her where to stick her s**t offer and continued to inform her that I didnt want the crap sky movies package!
