need help with my laptop

    hi, i bought a e system 4213 laptop yesterday, and it is wlan enabled, and i cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn it on, i have a wireless router upstairs, so thats why i bought the laptop so i can use it downstairs, any advice would be welcome, thanks in advance anthony.

    You don't know how to turn on the PC or the wireless function? If the latter all I can say is my laptop,Sony, has a little switch on the front of the case where I can enable/disable the lan. Is that what you mean?

    my laptop has a lil switch on front panel where i just slide it across and a light comes on to show me wireless is enabled !!!!! hope u find out!!

    In the bottom-right hand corner of the screen, you will have a series of tiny icons. One of them will control wireless. Right-click on each of them in turn and you are bound to find it.
