mixing desk for home recording

    Hi,

    can anyone recommend a cheap mixing desk to record drums guitar keyboards? an 8 or 12 track desk would probably be enough.

    I've read (but not heard myself) that the pre-amps on the Mackie Onyx are very good for the price.
