    Hola y'all,

Click here, for some home recordings. The recordings are not with the band, they are just me. Got a great guitarist and just got a drummer in. If you are interested, We'll be playing The Sugar Club this Saturday night, 22nd December. It'll give you a great idea of what we are looking for. We'll have our outgoing bassist on the night (he's joining the opera). Ideally you'll be a capable singer for harmonising as well as being a good bassist. Commitment will be once a week rehearsal, and no arsin us around. Thats really it. We're not the best band since anyone. What we 'are' is a a really good guitarist and singer and drummer. We got some good songs and want to gig and record in the immediate future.

    Jimi.

Just a bit more about us. We are based in Dublin, ages 22-30. Influences:
Th Band, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Otis Reading, Jimi Hendrix, New Orleans and Memphis Soul, Motown, Stevie Wonder, The Stones, Pink Floyd, Neil Young, Ray LaMontagne...........

Melody is important to us. If you like the sound of it, it'd be great to hear from you.

We are now really needing a fulltime bassist. Getting let down more and more by our current one. Playing Whelans next Sunday, with no bassist, thus no drummer. We'll be going down to a house in Wexford at the end of the month for a week or 2 for practice and recording (i have a protools setup). Ideally, if you'd be available for this, It'd bring u up to speed quickly and you'd be on our recordings. we are generating some interest, and have been getting plugged on 98fm all this week, don't know how, but there u go.

COME ON. get your finger out:D;)

Jaysus, I thought any bassist would jump at the chance of playing groovy funky soulful tunes with equally groovy and funky musicians who are doing really well!!

It seems decent bass players are a species at the point of extinction, if in fact they are not already extinct ;)
