Recommend me some electronic music please!

Hi there,

I recently got into electronic/house/dance music and am looking for recommendations on more i could get into.

i've been listening to the likes of Justice, Daft Punk, MSTRKRFT, Underworld, Soulwax, Jean Michel Jarre recently so recommendations of stuff you think i'd like going on these bands would be much appreciated.

if ur just a fan and listenin to then check out http://mixriot.com they have all the essential mixes to stream. great site, some good mixes to check out,

-sasha 2007 essential mix (its like a 6hr special or somethin with swedish mafia and that cheeseball whatever his name is)
-booka shade em from 2006, great set.
-james zabiela and nic fanciulli em, both from 2007 and are quality.
-alex wolfenden em 2007
-fergies em this year was surprisingly good.

also check out simian mobile disco, they rock.

check out nick warren, steve porter, 16 bit lolitas, john digweed, all play the best of dance music. have a look at newmixes.com and djmixes.net, both these sites have a ball of great live mixes for free download.

I could recommend a whole bunch of stuff that I both mix and listen to right now but for the moment I'm gonna recommend an album that I'm currently caning at the moment and is probably one of my favourite (certainly of the electronic variety) of recent times. It's simply amazing imo.

i would definetly hav 2 agree with giles above!!! trentemoller is a fave of mine , he just blows my f*&kin mind wit his music!!!! might i also suggest some of my fav's, , fischerspooner , miss kitten , tiefschwarz , sven vath , dr lektroluv , !!! im a massive techno \ electro \ minimal music fan so can i ask if any 1 has any sites that they can recommend apart from , piratebay , isohunt , mininova , torrentspy , torrentz , cos ive downloaded all they hav 2 give , any help would be much appreicated!!!

good call lads, cant believe i missed trentemoller, man is a genius, check his mix of moby go, his mix of that royksopp what else is there is a gem..

wasnt too pushed for his essential mix though.

yeh, mixriot.com is a quality site, i sit in an office all day streamin my fav essential mixes.
