    Do you know somebody who teaches japanese calligraphy in or around Dublin?

    Hi fred,
    I have lived in Japan and did calligraphy there for a number of years. I am able to show some of the basic techniques to anyone interested. Unfortunately I am not in Dublin but Galway, but if anyone is interested!

    The Chinese Institute do Chinese calligraphy classes (evenings) in UCD. Not Japanese but it's a start!

    They are a society of Irish calligraphers. They don't have a lot of contact information on their website as I don't think they have their own base, but you can submit an enquiry on their website.

    National Print Museum run different kinds of calligraphy workshops all the time. I'd contact them and ask about classes.
