Do you have your own transport? Then loads to do... Flight Lessons, mondello, horse riding, dogs night out in newbridge, only two hours to sligo on the n4 for surfing. I keep an eye on the 'leader' for interesting stuff, sometimes there is more to the leader than 'dickie rock'

I did one in wexford about two years ago, was possibly the most boring weekend away I ever had. Murder Mystery stuff... Yawn. Stuck in the hotel looking for clues the whole time...BUT, if thats what you want check out the back page of the Irish Times, they usually advertise there.
Or do you mean like an 'event' type weekend? eg Yoga/Hillwalking/Art or something?

    Edit: I've just googled these, http://www.celticthemeholidays.com/ http://www.activitybreaks.com www.discoverireland.com
