    Your Mix of the Year

    721l8wp.jpg

So the year is coming to a close and were bombarded with programs/ articles etc about the previous years events which made there mark and continue to live on in our minds. So i ask you whats stuck in your mind, mix wise from the previous 11 months. Heres my list

High contrast - essential mix: [dnb] Not usually into dnb but these lads have created something others just cant mirror in that genre. Very impressive

dubfire - essential mix: One half of deepdish the poster boys of deep tech.

Justice - essential mix: electric, fresh tunes.

Ame Live at Fabric (London)-SBD-08. electro goodness

2007-09-18 - Danny Tenaglia - Ibiza Dance: Deep tech tribal house. just beautiful

    Whats yours ?

Without a shadow of a doubt my set of the year - and an Irish gig no less!

For me it's got to be Sasha @ Bonaroo Festival (Manchester,Tenesee), playing after Digweed.

I was never a fan of Sasha but I really like where he is going these days. First DJ to drop Kevlar - The Mongoose too, savage tune!

The mix is all over the web...

have to agree with you bout sasha, his new sets r amazin, coma is a great tune aswell.

enjoyed alex wolfenden's sunset em that was quality.

best dj i seen this year, probably dave clarke in tripod..wat a night crowd went mental.

nick warren was quality in tripod, as was zabiela + fanciulli, sasha, satoshi tomiee and everyone else i seen..

twas a good year for tripod and dance music in general!

Justin Bourne's Wired mix - had the perfect combination of upfront tunage and insanely tight mixing...

best live set I was at was Erol Alkan @ The End's 12th birthday a few weeks back, I'd love a copy of that:(
