    Hey Guys. Ok i really need sum help. Below is the new computer im thinkin of investing in. i like my games downloading movies. convertin movies, burning dvds and i like to generally mess around with my computer. The pc below is a Dell xps 420. Its €1112. i know the GFX card isnt the greatest but i only want a mid range card capable o running games like COD4 and gears of war pretty smothly. Please tell me if u think i'm wastin my money on this or if ye think its worth it.

    That looks pretty expensive to me tbh. I'd say you're paying through the nose for the support contract.

    Can someone tell me what Serial ATA/100 is?

    I think thats SERIAL ATA,= SATA hard drive with faster transfer speed than old ide hardrive standard ,with plug and play capability,too.NO point in getting ms works 8,when theres free programs on the web that do the same thing.I think you can get grahics card on komplett.ie ,100euros that are faster than the 8600 card.its very easy to install a pci-e card.GET at least 350gig hardrive.
