UTV throttling torrents?

    Can't download any (legal of course) torrents for the past few days.
    I'm on Clicksilver, based in Dublin.
    Anyone notice strange goings on with Clicksilver lately?

    Works fine for me Clicksilver, downloading all week (all legal)

    Still seems V hairy at this end though.
    General browser speed seems fine, have tried different BT clients, tried switching off Avast and Windows Firewall, changing ports, system restore to last month but still no joy.

    Torrent just sits there, maybe one peer out of a total of 2000 connects but the download speed is only a couple of kb. (sometimes up speed seems unaffected)

    Another thing I recently noticed, when I have a torrent downloading, web pages on Firefox time out, never happened before this.

    Help!
