How would you verify your customers are over 18 years old?

would only accepting credit card payments (products send to credit card holders name & address) be enough ?

Yes the plan is to of course only accept credit card transactions and maybe even require a copy of photographic identification to verify age.if their are sites that can sell to europe i fure as long as there are proper disclaimers then it should not be a problem.since nodbody under the age of 18 can get a credit card in thier own name i figure it would be more secure than in in the supermarkets or pubs where anybody unde rthe age of 18 can just walk in and get them from machines.i will be chaecking the legal ide of things with a solicitor of course just thought it could`nt hurt to get an opininon on it here

I think that if you work the figures, including access to bonded warehouses and the costs of delivery in Ireland you'll find that its a non-runner.

Why has nobody else done it?
    could`nt

Couldn't is a contraction of could not, the contraction requires that the apostrophe is inserted after the n and between the t, thus giving the n't result.
    problem.since

In general, once a full stop or a '.' is used, there is a single space inserted after the '.' mark and a capital letter follows. The letter I should be displayed as an I rather than and 'i'.
    cheacking

The word is 'checking' is most likely what you meant.

Not legal advice: The above creates criminal liability for the person or legal personality in question.
