Mysipswitch ATA Setup

Been trying to set up mysipswitch on an unlocked Lingo ATA but without success and am wondering if there is anyone with experience in this area out there.

The ATA seems to work fine with the Betamax services like VoipBuster and VoipStunt but I can't seem to register successfully with the mysipswitch server.

Here are the settings I'm using:
    Username: mysipswitchusername
    Password: mysipswitchpassword
    Local Port: 5060
    Proxy Address: sip.mysipswitch.com
    Proxy Port: 5060
    Register Port: 5060
    Register Address: sip.myipswitch.com
    Outbound Proxy Port: 5060
    Outbound Proxy: sip.mysipswitch.com
    Expires: 60
    SIP Domain: mysipswitch.com
    Subject: Invite_Call
    T1 Timer: 60
    Registration Assurance Timer: 180

Also I'm using STUN at stun.xten.com

I'd be grateful for any suggestions on what I'm doing incorrectly here.

    Hi,

You should try to post that directly on mysipswitch's forum.

Your registration details seem fine ...
Have you tried with an expire field at 3600 (60 really is low).

Do you have an error message ? Or does it just time out ?

I ended up doing a factory reset on the ATA and that worked. It's an old Lingo ATA from the U.S. that I "unlocked" so documentation is non-existant. All I have done with it is trial and error.

MySipSwitch is such a great idea - kudos to the guys at Blueface for coming up with it.
