Christmas Guinness Ad Music

Does anyone know the name of the music used by Guinness on their Christmas ad? You know the one with the Custom House and the snow and the fox etc etc. I just love it-it's one of my favourite ads of all time. Was the music specially written for it? I have searched the web but no joy.
