    Hi All :)

I have one quick question: is there any problem with Irish Limited company working with the contractor from other EU country - contractor is registered as sole trader.

Thanks very much for your answers

In what way- that's pretty vague buddy. Contractor for who?

i'm guessing a foreign company with an Irish registered subcontractor. Are you dealing with them or are you the subcontractor?

    Off hand- VAT Invoicing issues.
    Construction? RCT Issues.

etc. Be more specific and you'll get a more specific answer.
