iPod Nano Manager...

I am looking for an alternative to iTunes. I want to be able to manage videos/pictures/music on my iPod Nano. I have looked at the stickey above and I have used Ephpod and Floola and they are quite good but I still cant find anything that wil let me manage photos. Any ideas?
