An hour ago i was fine, but then reliased id to go to the toilet- i admit it was hard to get out(stool) but i got it out after a lot of pushing. But now i am in pain down below- it fels like Cystitis (the constant feeling of having to go toilet and nothing coming out)

what could have caused this sudden pressure?
