Ok, i've kept quiet about this for years...

The only thing that bothers me in the entrie world is my own Penis. I've had plenty of sexual relationships and it's never seemed to bother any girls ive been with, granted they dont have to put up with it twentyfour seven. I dont know why, but lately its been bothering so much I'm growing scared of the idea of having sex, i guess im afraid it will be as off putting to them as it is for me. I've never had oral sex but im dreading the day when she says "EW IM NOT PUTTING THAT IN MY MOUTH!"

I have a really hairy shaft, which in the past has caused me trouble.
I have a scar (which protudes when penis is erect) on the underside of my shaft because I had an operation to remove an ingrowing hair. (i'd plucked it and it scabbed over.)
I have a severe problem with rolling back the forskin, I cannot do it when penis is fully erect, only when flaccid and even so its causes m extreme pain, and the tightness messes up the blood flow. so i usually just keep it rolled up during sex.

Can anyone recommend anything I could do to boost "my self esteem"
the only thing that springs to mind is some sort of waxing job and a circumcision
but im really nervous about going to a doctor...

You may have to go to the doctor in regards to some of the things you have mentioned.

From my particular path i would seek to find acceptance of what your penis looks like.
Not to look at it as something to be ashamed of, but to be proud of it, for the pleasure it gives and the fact its a part of you.

You can of course keep the shaft trimmed and shaved.

and see the doctor as regards the pain and issues with the foreskin.
But its more important that you lose the self consciousness as regards the overall look.

No-one else, from what you have said has worried about its looks, it is your own perception that is the issue.

Why be nervous? its what they are paid to do.
Regarding waxing, think about it. do you really want to rip wax strips off your penis?
my advice would be to see a doctor about a circumcision, its a relitively simple procedure (I AM NOT A DOCTOR) as far as i know, and can be done as a day patient.

regarding the Hairs protruding from the shaft, Pluck and Shave, tbh. its important to me neat and tidy

As others will tell you, you should go to a doctor.

That said everyone’s penis is different. I know this because a friend of mine who's a nurse had this medical magazine. It had a two page spread of pictures of penii(?!?!). Each had a different name under it, there was maybe 40 photo's. With the names they gave each one it was kind of funny, probably not intentionally so. But one thing I can say is they were all different, widths, shapes, sizes, hairiness etc.
