I know about rent, or at least around 400 Euro ish. I know about bin charges as well. What else can a self employed person claim back on?

Medical and dental costs, is the one that immediately jumps to mind. You need to keep the receipts though

    Oh, and also educational costs

I think there's a difference between what you can claim back, and what's a deductable expense - i.e. what you can deduct from your earnings before needing to declare it in the first place.

Depending on what you do, you can probably offset some of your phone bills, parking receipts, occasional lunches, office equipment and all that kind of stuff.
