The reason you can't post in soccer is that you have to request permission to do so. Before you request, you have to be a member for a month and have at least 50 posts.

You'll need to have a post count over 50 before they grant you access to soccer. The mods there will do a search so make sure there are worth while posts that actually contribute. Don't just go around posting one word responses on random threads.
