Serves a right for following that pack of wasters! :p

I advocate a large YOP and a gollybar and maybe a bottle of lucozade.... then if ye're a bit better at lunchtime head for a carvery and go to bed about 8 o'clock tonight!

Water, water, water. Might be hard to drink as much as you need, so I love Mi Wadi, gives you energy and water.

That a big greasy sausage roll!

Why is that silly?, if you came on saying you were in work suffering terrible side effects from overdosing on any other drug people would be saying just dont do the drug (esp. on a weeknight).

Try and get the best quality drugs you can, good rum will probably give the least sideffects, get skyy vodka if you can, and take lots of water with it. Hangovers are mainly due to 2 factors, dehydration and contaminants (methanol & cogeners) in poor quality alcohol. Rum & good vodka have little contaminants.

Take a Rubeks vitamin tablet, Neurofen Extra, loads of water and then hold your breath for 20 minutes. That should do the trick.

If I have some milk before I go to bed I always wake up without a hangover, that or some nurofen and a big glass of water.

Chocolate milk, and a nice big salad sandwich.

Keep chugging down water too, and have a look at the search button when you get a chance. Its a pretty nifty invention.

Find a barman and bribe him to make you the following

    Bloody Mary with
chilli vodka, fresh tomato juice, shot of sherry, worcestershire sauce, horseradish, shot of tabasco, black pepper and a stick of celery,

    Drink,

    Repeat.

Rub hands, and order a pint of porter.:D
