Anyone going to see Jens in Whelans tomorrow??

I'm super excited,he's one of my favourite artists and one of the only ones i'll be lucky enough to see playing such an intimate venue!

If you don't know him, try him out! Especially if you're a fan of the Magnetic Fields/Morrissey...(the morrissey one is a bit less obvious but everyone I know who likes him is also a morrissey fan).

    It should be wonderful!

Wow...that was amazing...a gig i'll remember and cherish forever...didn't get to see Jens afterwards...but I was really touched by the gig in general...

Shame about those silly women shouting for songs, almost ruining the atmosphere...but it was ok,i think it was good nough to overcome that

yeah great gig. he actually ended up playing in the alleyway just outside the wav ticket office for a while afterwards with owen pallett too, i missed the start of it but caught one song, was beautiful. fair play to the 'minders' who quietly got people to move in as cars were going past. also managed to get a great spot at the end of the bar to look from so was happy out especially as i'd brought 2 friends who'd never heard of him and were very impressed.

thought I'd revive this...anyone going to see him in the Village?

His gig in Whelans was one of my favourite gigs of all time,a really special experience...hopefully this can be half as good!
