DAV-SA30 Sound Problem

I've tried the obvious things like ensuring muting is off, disconnecting and reconnecting cables. Does anyone have any other ideas as to what could be causing this, or is it just a matter of returning to retailer for repair

Need way more info before we could even think about answering your query?
What exactly is the problem? Is it a new system or have you had it a while?
Is the problem on all sources or only when you listen to cd or radio etc?
