That is really cool. Does any one have any idea where you would get an led array like that from? I wanna mess around with this.

For the 'minority report' finger tracking one you might be able to modify something like this if you're wiling to pay for it.

You might also be able to use the Wii sensor bar. Just take the covers off the ends to make the IR light stronger and get some reflective tape or tin foil or something. Then place the Wii-mote on the sensor bar facing you.

For the light pen one you could just nick the LED out of an old remote and hook it up to a battery stuck into an empty pen.

Might work. Then again, I could be talking complete rubbish.

You would pick up IR LEDs in peats for cheap enough. can be wire or solders to a battery, or to a board like in the video
