    where have you tried?

    check the the stock of smyths and argoes online.

    Gamestop in the Parkway told me they are due some on Thursday or Friday.
    Keep checking Smyths too... they get them in fairly regularly.

    Gamestop in Nenagh got in a bunch of DS and Wiis last Thursday and the Thursday before (I got a Wii!). I believe most of the Gamestop stores around the country did too. I think they're expecting more this thursday. Try giving them a call. Last week they were very helpful and said they thought they should get some in but they didn't seem to have any ideas of quantities until the shipment arrrived (almost 3 hours later than usual). They won't reserve them for you. There was quite a queue but most people were actually queueing for the Wii. Queue started around 10.30 in Nenegh store.

    HMV on cruises had one or two left at the weekend, could of gone gone a hour after I checked but there worth a call

    They had them in Smyths this morning. They told me they would be getting them in today, but to get there early as they'd jump off the shelves.

    Arrived at 8:30 to see no queue. When I got to the door, a guy inside asked me if I was looking for a DS and what colour. He handed me a voucher (which guaranteed me a DS any time today). Joined the queue (30 people long) inside and walked away with a Black DS 20 mins later. Good system, very fair.

    They restricted it to one per person, so one woman went up to the nearby Dunnes Stores to recruit 3 random strangers to help her get 4 in total. :)
