If your family you can go in anytime.

If not, just use common sense. Don't go in at lunch time and leave by around 10PM

It really depends on which ward you are visiting but as JC says, family can visit anytime.

FOGRA: If you plan to arrive between 12pm and 3pm on a weekday, you can expect a mega queue to get a parking space - often over half an hour. I suggest that you visit at the weekend, or wait til after 4pm.
