when i try to login to the website i am getting a message in bottom corner of screen saying a pop up window has been blocked. I have gone to internet options and allowed popups, turned off firewall but still get error. Any one any ideas??

Add the site to your trusted list in the IE options. Failing that use another browser like Firefox.

Have added site to list of trusted webpages but still no luck. not sure if firefox works with the bank of scotland site

Weird, mine always gives me to the option to allow popups and them when I refreah it works. That said I don't really use IE for browsing unless I have to.

Delete your temporary Internet files and try again.

Removed toolbars and it is working fine now.
